All of our teas are loose leaf. Loose leaf tea is the larger tea leaves that do not come pre-packaged in individual tea bags. Loose leaf tea has to be steeped using a steeping ball, infuser, french press, or strainer!

Instructions

HOW DO I PREPARE THE TEA?
To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz. boiling water over 2 tsp or 1 sachet of herb. Cover and steep for 5-7 minutes. Adjust the quantity or steeping time according to desired potency and taste. Add lemon or lime and sweetener of choice. Leaves can be reused again later the same day for another cup. Enjoy!!

HOW OFTEN DO I DRINK THE TEA?
For optimal results, we suggest enjoying our teas 1-2 times daily for a minimum of two weeks on, 1 week off. Since this blend is entirely herbal, you can savor it at any time of the day!
